The Build Cost Tracker tool – is a fixed price of £199. The cost of the Tender Process Support and Build Project Support servicer will be tailored to you and your project and a quote is provided after an initial consultation.

Initially my service is mainly for homeowners employing a single contractor to undertake and manage the bulk of their domestic extension or renovation project. However, other project types may be possible, and I would look to help where I can.

We can discuss this during a consultation if you will be:

Employing all trades separately

Doing a lot of the work yourself and looking to manage material costs

Undertaking a new build

For the Build Cost Tracker tool and the Build Project Support service, ideally you should have all the technical drawings in place and a quote from your builder, timetable and a payment plan. For the Tender Process Support service, you should have all the technical drawings needed for a builder to quote and planning permission approved if applicable.

For the Build Cost Tracker, once you have paid you can book in for your one hour consultation included in the cost. Following this and once you have provided the discussed information for the tool, I aim to send you Build Cost Tracker Tool within 3 working days.

For the Tender Process Support and Build Project Support services, you can book in for your free 30 minute call. Following this the quote will be sent to you within 2 working days. Once the quote is accepted and first invoice paid we can get to work right away.

No this is not a service I offer. There are so many variables which make accurate cost forecasting extremely difficult. There are many approximate cost forecasting tools available online to give you an idea of cost expectations.

Currently, I am only able to provide a spreadsheet created in Microsoft Excel, however I am looking into other formats.

I am based in Winchester, however, as the consultation and service is online I can cover the whole of England and Wales.

This is not a service I offer. In order to provide the best value for money, my service is a remote one, via video or phone calls, giving you the support you need to manage your build project yourself.

There are no professional qualifications required for the services I offer, however I have attained the RICS qualification – Foundation in Quantity Surveying. I have also built up a huge amount of experience in budgeting and guidance/support for homeowners during my time in the industry.
